Michael isn't going to die.  Ian is going to shoot him and 
he ends up brain damaged and in a coma and will be sent 
offscreen after a couple of weeks to some facility to be 
SORASed when the writers need him again.  The way it 
sounded, this has already been taped and should be happening 
any day, now.  It's the "hit gone wrong" that was spoiled 
earlier.
