I think this is just what happens to every soap kid who gets past the age
of
being interesting as a point of contention between his estranged parents
and
is in sort of  "no-story land" until s/he is old enough for teen-scene
stories.  They've SORASED all the kids who SHOULD be teenagers into their
early 20s now, so at the moment there isn't a single teenager available
for
the summer teen stories they always do so I guess they need Michael, and,
from the rumors, maybe some of the other kids too who will suddenly go
skip
from primary grades to high school in the next couple of months.
