I recall that a little differently but I may very well be 
wrong.
Didn't Liz find Jason shot and bloody outside her rail car 
studio?

You're both right.  The first time was when she found him in 
the snow and took him to the boxcar.  The second time she 
cared for him at her studio.  A few weeks ago, when Jason 
and Elizabeth were at the safe house, Jason said something 
like..., "...and you helped me when I was shot...twice."
