Sonny's view of his life

Sonny referred to his life today in terms of power, money, and
respect. Respect? Just who does he think respects him? People fear
him. They stay out of his way. But respect? His enemies don't even
respect him. They either fear him or want him dead. Sad. I guess if he
needs to consider himself respected in order to get through the
day . . . .
