Derisive laughter also works for me when it pertains to Sonny and his
silly 
mob.

I am completely confused as to why Kate Howard would acquiesce to Dr. 
Devlin's demand for $1m and agree to wire him the funds.  He's just 
confessed to shooting Michael.   Is it because her brain's been completely

turned into spongecake?
