She takes the money from Crimson to pay him off, Maxie notices it's
missing, blames it on Lulu, Kate knows she's framing Lulu, demotes Maxie
to second assistant and makes Lulu first assistant.

There are so many things I hate about that spoiler that I don't know
where to start.
