Y'know, I read this post before I had watched today's eppy and saved it to
reply after I'd seen it, but now as  I reread this, I realize that the
scene
was so meaningless to me, I didn't even register that she'd agreed to give
him money!  I think I'll take a quick look again to see if there is
anything
about the scene that is enlightening.

I think the brain to spongecake theory is probably a pretty good one
though!
