HA!  I agree!!

It's the same universe where the D.A. is playing kissy face with a man 
who terrorized a whole group of people at the Metro Court and he is 
walking freely in the streets.

The Kate thing has me writhing.  I really love that character and the 
whole comedy "Devil/Prada" thing.  It makes me sad to lose her...bad 
enough she is dating that s***.
