Or however you spell that in Spinelli-Speak.
I've liked Maxie since the first time she told off Liz. I hadn't seen
it coming, but boy was it fun to watch. And while she's not a heroine
(nor does she pretend to be), she's fun to watch. It's fun to see what
awful thing she's going to do next, and how she's going to dig herself
out of whatever trouble she gets herself into.
I love that Maxie doesn't try to defend the indefensible, but instead
attacks the heroine's feet of clay. I love that she's a total bitch
and owns it. And I love that she's starting to see Spinelli's finer
qualities in a way that Lulu never would. And it was even more fun to
see Spinelli telling Jason about his feelings for her. (And defending
her to Lulu, who, face it, is becoming less and less watchable every
day!)
