Maxie is the best thing on GH right now! Kristen Storms is completely
owning
the character. She's blithe, chatty, breezy, and ditzy because it suits
her. She's not a total *****, either. She doesn't have that sense of
entitlement inherent in Carly and Lulu.
I can see why you liked Maxie during the Lucky addiction storyline -
basically reminding us that Liz' halo was awfully tarnished. As much as I
hated Maxie during that time; fueling Lucky's addiction due to her
infatuation with him, instead she was terribly used by Lucky, too.
Maxie could be wallowing in self-pity over Coop and Georgie, but no, she's
a
fighter and doesn't dwell on it. She's not even a sweet Pollyanna, either.
Lulu, in contrast, has made me hate her with her smug demeanor (it's worse
than Liz ever was, imho).
