I'm glad you hit on this absence of private duty nurses, Laura,
because it's seemed so unrealistic to me too. With the gadzillions of
dollars that Sonny, Jason, Carly, and Jax all seem to have at their
fingertips you'd think there'd be at least one nurse sitting in
Michael's room at all times. In the past, whenever Carly has asserted
that *she* would do something, it nearly always meant that she would
hire someone to do it. Carly has never been the floor-scrubbing
sort . . . though, as I write this, we did see her actually folding
clothes that one episode. Hmm, are they really going to allow this
experience with Michael to be Carly's catalyst to finally grow the
hell up and stop being so self-centered? That might be nice.
