I've wondered about that too, and whether the hospital has a separate
wing just for the Corinthos clan. With all the carrying on that they
do in Michael's room or outside in the hall you'd think there would be
some concern about disturbing other patients. I can only assume that
there are supposed to be other patients. There have been a couple of
times when I've expected Epiphany to show growling "take it outside!"
