Yep. Her indie movie with Matthew Perry that was once called "Laws of
Motion" is now called "Birds of America" (the name of one of Audobon's
greatest works, btw).
According to playbill via www.gilmoregirlsnews.com (original URL at
http://www.playbill.com/news/article/113234.html)
is a film directed
by Craig Lucas (playwright of Prelude to a Kiss). It's going to be
featured at Sundance in January, but won't be playing in competition,
which (IMO) probably means that somebody already bought it. Also
co-stars Ginnifer Goodwin (Big Love, and IMO, she'd be a great
replacement for Alexis in a Gg movie), Ben Foster (All I can remember
is that he was in recent Punisher movie) and noted moviekiller Hilary
Swank. (If Swank is in a movie it's either really, really good or it
really, really sucks. For some reason, Swank doesn't inspire
mediocrity -- it's either Oscar gold or Reaping-land every time. I
blame Chad Lowe.)

LORELAI: I am so done with plans. I am never, ever making one again.
It never works. I spend the day obsessing over why it didn't work
and what I could've done differently. I'm analyzing all my shortcomings
when all I really need to be doing is vowing to never, ever make a plan
ever again, which I'm doing now, having once again been the innocent
victim of my own stupid plans. God, I need some coffee.
