It's from a Swedish company (I'm a Viking, dont'chaknow; that also
explains my weird typos etc... my English is excellent, but my brain
slips from time to time).
I't seems they had too few in stock; I don't think they anticipated
the actual "micro-hype" the last episodes created here. (They aired
the last two episodes back to back without credits in between, for
example, at least 2 times; I don't know if it was aired that way in
the US). They only went on the sales of the earlier seasons. I am also
told that after the final ep. on TV the sales of those has picked up
too.
