Non-issue. You can't copyright titles, and unless they actually wanted to
use the song, they can call it whatever they want to. You can trademark
them, but I find the thought of the beatles trademarking all their fairly
unique titles fairly obsessive, ludicrous, and unrealistic.
The more logical conclusion is that the title went over like a hooker
named
Katrina trying to work Bourbon Street with the test markets.
