Yeah, Shondaland is the name of Shonda's production company, but it
does also sort of perfectly represent Shonda's universe as represented
by GA and PP in the same way that the Buffyverse is occasionally
called the Whedonverse. So IMO, it's easier to refer to the world of
GA and PP as Shondaland than always referring to "the world of GA and
PP." Totally colloquial shorthand.

LORELAI: I am so done with plans. I am never, ever making one again.
It never works. I spend the day obsessing over why it didn't work
