Yah. I suspect, though, that the director of the commercial made the
mistake of emphasizing too much of the "talk really really fast" part
and not enough of the "bring your Lorelai game to it" part.
I've seen the commercial so many times now that I've deduced what
exactly doesn't work for me and it's the second half of the
commercial. She rushes through it emotionlessly -- and after hearing
it so many times, you can tell where exactly in the commercial two
different takes were spliced together (right after the conveyor
belt/congratulations, you're our 1170th member, etc.)
I wish Pixar would cast her in one of their animated movies -- I think
she'd do great with a more intense period of voicework from much
better directors.

LORELAI: I am so done with plans. I am never, ever making one again.
It never works. I spend the day obsessing over why it didn't work
and what I could've done differently. I'm analyzing all my shortcomings
when all I really need to be doing is vowing to never, ever make a plan
ever again, which I'm doing now, having once again been the innocent
victim of my own stupid plans. God, I need some coffee.
