Movies shmovies. In her post-Buffy career, SMG has yet to prove that
she can open a movie not called The Grudge. IMO, there's no reason to
think that she can't, given the right script, but the studios clearly
aren't willing to take a chance on her. And that's who she has to
convince.

Movies aren't shorter hours, they're just as long hours, particularly
for VFX-heavy and stunt-heavy SF/Fantasy genre films, not to mention
movies with Joss- or ASP-level intensive dialogue.

Boreanaz would be up for a *theatrical* movie, not a TV-Movie. He,
uh, already has another series. You might have heard of it -- it's
called, like, "Skeletons" or something. ;)

LORELAI: I am so done with plans. I am never, ever making one again.
It never works. I spend the day obsessing over why it didn't work
and what I could've done differently. I'm analyzing all my shortcomings
when all I really need to be doing is vowing to never, ever make a plan
ever again, which I'm doing now, having once again been the innocent
victim of my own stupid plans. God, I need some coffee.
