Wrong case, butt brain. The Case was Gore v Harris (which resulted in
Bush v Gore) and the Chief Justice of the Florida Supremes at the time
of the election contest was Justice Wells. It is his dissent you should
have read. (You might also read Justice Harding's separate dissent.)
BTW, if you don't read the proper dissents or the cite below, let me at
least point out to you that SCOTUS voted 7-2 to vacate Gore v Harris and
remand the case to the Florida Supremes, not a 5-4 "party line" vote as
it is so typically misrepresented by the "they stole the election" wackos.
