Come on, get real. How is recounting ONLY heavily Democratic districts 
likely to improve the accuracy of outcome? Gore (David Boies) was dead 
in court right there, because the cherry picking in the requested remedy 
gave lie to their due process argument. I've been present at formal 
debates between legal scholars on these cases presented to audiences 
primarily of lawyers and judges. Gore's case always loses and for the 
same reasons. BTW, stop trumpeting your dramaturg training. I made my 
living in the business, you merely dream about it.
