So what? Absolutely none of what you say about Chris Matthews
counteracts the damage he has inflicted and continues to inflict based
not on the values and beliefs that he *tells* you he has, but the
values and beliefs that he demonstrates that he holds due to his clear
and outright hatred of the Clintons, his demonstrable misogyny and his
Pavolovian love of McCain and other Republican candidates.
It'd be all fine and good if he'd be an anchor and didn't wear his
actual politics on his sleeves like an anchor is supposed to, but he
can't restrain himself from sitting on his biases -- and he's so
biased that his *boss,* Dan Abrams, had to indirectly *****-slap him
on Abrams' own show the night before the election with his segment on
the overall appalling attacks on Hillary over the previous week.
And then Brokaw did the same thing on election night. And so did
Olbermann. And so did Rachel Maddow, who while not a Hillary
sup****ter, still cited the Tweety Effect (which she politely called
The Chris Matthews Effect) as one of the main reasons that the
undecideds turned toward Hillary in New Hamp****re.
And, scarily enough, noted racist Pat ****ing Buchanan, of all people,
ALSO (not mentioning Matthews by name) cited the attacks on Hillary as
the reason why the polls were wrong about Hillary's win.
He's considered a joke not just to the entire range of his own
co-workers but most im****tantly, to his BOSS! Matthews needs to read
Crooks And Liars, Kos, Firedoglake and the Daily Howler for
comprehension and take them all to heart.
Mickey, if you are indeed a friend of Matthews, you've got to level
with him that he's ****ed up big time. Whether or not Hillary wins
the nomination, Matthews has proven every one of his Democratic and
other progressive critics correct and he needs to do a 180 to actual
journalistic neutrality or he's simply done as an anchor because, as
Bill Orally has already proven, a raving loon has no business
anchoring any television news or news/opinion program.

LORELAI: I am so done with plans. I am never, ever making one again.
It never works. I spend the day obsessing over why it didn't work
and what I could've done differently. I'm analyzing all my shortcomings
when all I really need to be doing is vowing to never, ever make a plan
ever again, which I'm doing now, having once again been the innocent
victim of my own stupid plans. God, I need some coffee.
