Mistrusting and disliking the Clintons on the basis of the
ridiculously stupid rantings of Matthews, both misogynistic (about
Hillary) and just plain wacko (about Bill) is the same exact thing as
mistrusting and disliking the Clintons based on the mythological
Clintons that exist in the Repugs' minds -- ie: those opinions are
founded on ****trayals of the Clintons that have had no basis in the
reality-based community since long before Bill was elected to office
in 1992.

And IMO, the "Hillary" that people don't like is a golem that has
never had a real life of its own.  It's just clay that twits like
Matthews paste HRC's picture on and then try to pass it off as the
real thing.  IT would be refre****ng for people to argue about the
merits (or lack thereof) of HRC's positions and Obama's positions and
stop getting caught up in the ephemera of 20 ****ing years of
Republican bull**** that *still* has the power to turn progressive
aganist progressive and Democrat against Democrat because such
arguments are predicated *on the Repugs defining the game.*  Which is,
of course, a virulently evil version of Calvinball in which the winner
is whoever the Repugs want to win at the moment -- and which, by
definition, no Clinton can ever win.  Not even George S. Clinton --
(and when I say George S. Clinton, I do mean both of them.  ;)  )

Finally, FTR, I want a Clinton (Pres) / Obama (Veep) ticket.
