Oh, I'm going to ignore your invocation of Godwin's Law for a moment
In fact, Tweety did a backhanded apology on tonight's Hardball, go
lookee at:
http://www.crooksandliars.com/2008/01/17/tweety-apologizes-sort-of-for-outlandish-remarks-about-hillary/
And even his attempt to do so, whether you think he's sincere or not
(I'm giving him the benefit of a very *huge* doubt), he's
acknowledging that *he* ****ed up in one of those backhanded, "I'm
sorry you feel that way" sort of way.
BTW, please look up the definition of "fascist" while you're at it.
Despising a person and thinking that he's a hypocrite for not
upholding in practice the values that he says he values is not any
sort of demonstration of fascism toward Matthews, it's simple and
well-deserved derision. Keep using it in a context other than
referring to a cor****ate oligarchy turning an entire culture into a
war machine and pretty much everybody will have to conclude 1) that
you just don't know what the **** you're talking about and 2) that you
define "fascist" as "anyone who disagrees with you."
Which makes you 1) a DINO (if you are, indeed registered as a
Democrat) and 2) a Repugnican in behavior.

LORELAI: I am so done with plans. I am never, ever making one again.
It never works. I spend the day obsessing over why it didn't work
and what I could've done differently. I'm analyzing all my shortcomings
when all I really need to be doing is vowing to never, ever make a plan
ever again, which I'm doing now, having once again been the innocent
victim of my own stupid plans. God, I need some coffee.
