Probably better than the

Unless you're into Oscar Drinking Games and/or finding out how closely
you've predicted the Oscars without having seen most of the nominees.
(I'm going to post my predictions on rat. At present, I've only seen
Pirates 3, Transformers, Bourne Ultimatum and Gone Baby Gone. Michael
Clayton and SiCKO are on the DVD to-watch stack and several of the
rest I'll eventually get on DVD -- No Country, There Will Be Blood,
Persepolis, Ratatouille, Enchanted, Juno, Sweeney Tood, among others.
Problem is, I live half an hour away from the nearest crappy theater
(a mall multiplex that desperately needs renovation and expansion. oh,
and it under-lights most movies) and an hour away from the nearest
decent movie theater, so it's a lot more difficult for me tosee movies
in the theater than it used to be. I have to make choices -- see
movies in the theater or get yet another DVR or VCR, so I choose to
keep up on TV.
ObGg: which reminds me, I'm going to have to watch my DVDs of
Gg-actor movies eventually. Sisterhood, The Amateurs, Tuck
Everlasting, The Life Coach (yes, I have a copy), I'm Reed Fish, Lucky
13, Because I Said So and, oh yeah, the 20th Anniversary Edition of
Dirty Dancing co-starring a Gg lead actress whose Gg character's first
name is the same as another Gg actress's real first name.

LORELAI: I am so done with plans. I am never, ever making one again.
It never works. I spend the day obsessing over why it didn't work
and what I could've done differently. I'm analyzing all my shortcomings
when all I really need to be doing is vowing to never, ever make a plan
ever again, which I'm doing now, having once again been the innocent
victim of my own stupid plans. God, I need some coffee.
