Although several of the sets have deleted scenes -- some longer
versions of existing scenes that clearly needed so shrinkage, isolated
cute bits of jokes that had to be cut for time (such as a little bit
about Rory and Chris talking about playing miniature golf outside the
Dr's office when she gets her cast off (with Lor looking at them with
bemusement), the s3 alternate ending is the lengthiest and most
substantial deleted scene on any of the sets. It's the only one that
changes the course of the episode, much less of the series, too.
