She has more leverage than you think in the television industry --
waaaay more leverage. As in, doesn't have to audition for TV roles
leverage. Conversely, she lacks the doesn't have to audition leverage
for movie roles because those idiots only remember her from Bad Santa.
The one should NOT EVER be mistaken for the other. Particularly since
LG's primary audience is women and horny straight men with a taste for
smart comedy, which is television territory.
