artist and whoever the
  artist enters contract with.  Unfortunately, no one knows what a
human thought is
  worth until it's too late to negotiate the price.   Entertainment
companies want
  to pay flat rates and let the chips fall where they may (although
they *do* know
  what's gonna sell a lot of popcorn - thru focus groups, etc.)

  Yup - I've already got contingencies;
    1.    Dump HBO/Showtime
    2.    Catch up on my stamp collection
    3.    Learn how to crochet that bikini for my wife that I've
always imagined :-)

   I hate Leno - he can just rot for all I care.
   I'll miss Jon Stewart and Steven Colbert.  The only shows I really
like
   regularly are John From Cincinatti (no longer an issue), Conchords
and TMYLM.
