Not too surprising considering it was the same writer.

Oh lordy...yeah. It was surprising, all right. Surprised the
doctor/boyfriend made it thru the crash that mangled Jaime with just a
few scratches and the ability to go straight into performing surgery.
Surprised that arm of his she seemed to have broke healed pretty much
overnight. Methinks the doc has been sniffing his own
nanobot/antrhocites/whatever.
Surprised they ditched a halfway original deaf sister for a hearing
one who happens to be a hacker. I guess the surprise there will be
that she *doesn't* end up hacking into whatever high-tech top-secret
computer system that comes up.
Surprised Jaime's non-bionic arm healed so quick. What's the big deal
of pointing it out and breaking it if thirty seconds later it's not an
issue.
Surprised to find Katee Sackhoff (who I really didn't care for one way
or the other on 'Battlestar Galactica') was more interesting than the
star, even tho all she did was a pretty standard crazy/evil thing.
Would've liked to have seen some degree of recovery time/learning to
use her bionics instead of her having no problem whatsoever getting up
and bouncing around on the brand new appendages.
In this era of uncompressed (whether it needs it or not) storytelling,
this seemed way to rushed and never gave me a chance to even want to
like Jaime.
I wonder if Michelle Ryan and Sophia Myles both are working so hard at
keeping an 'American' accent that they can't actually get any
personality going with their characters?
Be really surprised if it lasts the season.
Okay...no, actually, I won't. As sloppy as it was and as much as I
disliked it, it'll likely stick around forever.
