For me, the problem is that it's a choice between Moonlight and Flash
Gordon. I love a well-done ethical vampire series, but it's very
clear to me that Flash Gordon is the better series, and Moonlight's
vampires aren't compelling. In the other timeslot Flash Gordon is up
against Lifetime's series, Blood Ties. Blood Ties is definitely
better written than Moonlight and the characters are more interesting
though it's cast very strangely for readers of the novels on which the
series in based. I missed the first season, but I intend to stick
with the second season of Blood Ties. Moonlight is more expendable.
