"I Got You A Highlander Book"

My roommate walked in the door the other day and handed me a copy of
Highlander Unchained, a Scottish romance that's in all the
supermarkets, and said "I got you a Highlander book."  Sigh!  I
explained what it really was and that there are no new novels based on
HL:TS.  Yesterday I donated Highlander Unchained to the library.  It
looked too formulaic for my tastes.

 I wish there were new HL books, but I have to settle for fanfic.  Or
maybe I could settle for ordering a half pound of Gordon and Durward
Scottish Fudge. Is it any good, Jette?
