Re Darius not leaving holy ground--Well, he could have done a peace
mission largely on holy ground.  He could have gone to churches and
Buddhist monasteries praying, speaking and strategizing with Christian
and Buddhist leaders for peace.  Of course, he would have been in
transit between holy places but I'd imagine that he traveled with a
retinue of mortals so Grayson could never have gotten him alone to
fight him off holy ground.  Just my speculation.

Re Darius' peace activist reputation-- Maybe he held small peace
activist conferences for select leaders at St. Julien's.
