I don't agree, i feel the Source, based on the way it came off and ended, 
actually killed the history as well.

There were many more posts before that blech "ending". Maybe because we
all 
held onto the idea of another HIghlander movie...and then when it finally 
came, it was a huge let-down and did more to hurt the franchise then help 
it.

All the highlander stuff...Duncan, the four horsemen...watchers...all of 
it...knowing that it was all about one of them becoming mortal and having
a 
baby...and that there were old deformed watchers protecting the
source...it 
just kills re-watching DVDs knowing that's where it all ends up.
