The low here tonight is -32 C (-26 F), and it's currently -25 C (-13
F), with a -37 C (-35 F) wind chill.  That would be today's *high*,
and it's been that way here all week. :/

(Sadly, Winnipeg always wins the "Who's Coldest?" winter contest...)
