I was in my early years of absorbing and enjoying British television. I
had 
nearly forgotten about the old Adventures of Black Beauty series until I
was 
listening to the audio commetary on the Robin of Sherwood dvds I bought
and 
found out that Richard Carpenter wrote that as well. No wonder I liked
them 
both! Dr. Who broadcasting was spotty on PBS in those days and I don't do 
well with things when the continuity is interrupted. Anyhow, the new Who
is 
quite to my liking, effects writing acting and all that are wonderful and
I 
hope it goes on for a long, long time. And David Tennant is not at all 
difficult to watch... doing anything... anything at all.;-)
