Unfortunately, I have been a disappointment to many in this direction.

You may be right, as my wife did not suffer at all and she had the
advantage 
of not understanding a word of the play. I wish I remembered which play it

was. My concentration was , understandably, elsewhere. Thankfully, I 
recovered sufficiently to meet the ensemble afterwards as well as take a
car 
ride with half of them back to Prague safely.
