You do not want a wolf as a pet. 2 of my neighbors tried to keep wolf
hybrids and it wasn't pretty. The first one was a nice enough animal,
but the owner had the longest, deepest scratches on her arms from him
playing with her. She moved to a farm. The second one had a hybrid
that kept jumping the fence into my yard, coming into my house and
eating all my dog food ... then he would wander around until he found
a toy and took it home with him. She tried to tie him up which made
him very unhappy. She tried to give him away ... let's say this about
that ... you can't do it. Unless I am mistaken, shelters, except those
specializing in wolves, won't take them ... and regular people don't
know the first thing about keeping them happy. Wolves are beautiful
wild animals which do not belong with people. Hybrids do not know what
the hell they are, and the people who raise them don't know either.
[Hot button, I'm afraid] [I'm sorry.]
