I think it's an interesting idea but as you say who wants to read a
good sized novel on a computer screen?  If there was a way to download
and print it off it'd be better.  Free is good but retention of
eyesight is better and when you can get a mass market paperback of
this novel for around $6 or at the library I can't see much of a
plus.  Audio books are great also.  I've "read" a great deal of
Stephen King like this including the fantastic "Bag Of Bones" that
King read himself.  I also "read" Gaiman's "Anansi Boys" and
"Coraline" via audio versions.  The former with fantastic
characterizations by Lenny Henry and the later read by Gaiman
himself, who is a natural story teller.
