Not the point.  Of course there have been immortal and vampire stories
before.  Don't be a dumbass.  The problem comes when something is
stolen whole cloth.  "Moonlight" is an almost cell for cell clone of
"Forever Knight" and the creators quite frankly should be sued because
of it.
