He *thinks* it's the same girl. Although the show itself left that
ambiguous. He experienced a coronary, decided that it probably meant
he was around The One, examined some security camera footage for women
around at the time, and picked her. Lotta speculation, there. What
if the heart thing was a delayed reaction? Or anticipatory? Or a bad
reaction to something he ate? What if The One wasn't the obvious
candidate by looks?
