There is "funny" and there is "funny." My car radio has deteriorated
to being AM most of the time and only one station during that time ...
and that station is the talk radio station featuring Rush Limbaugh and
his ilk. Given how popular they are, it's a wonder we ever managed to
wander out of the Stone Age, because they're sure trying to guide us
back in that direction. So much talk about the "global warming
hoax" ... and actually encouraging listeners to turn their lights *on*
tonight when there is a "lights out" around the globe to support ...
well, whatever it's supporting. I'm not exactly clear what they hope
to accomplish there except some sort of solidarity for green causes.
I've been getting quite an education on The Dark Side since my car
radio bummed out on me. Rush is running [or says he's running]
something called Operation Chaos ... which so far as I can figure, is
supposed to have an effect of some sort on the Democratic convention
in Denver this year.
Here's the URL where he explains it.

I think Dems are supposed to be horrified or mystified or something
that Rush thinks he can choose the candidate of his choice for the Dem
nomination.
I think he's a big old windbag.
