Luckily, most of the men in my immediate family don't think that kitchen 
duty is beneath them and they do a lot of the cooking. My father was an 
amazing cook and somehow my brother picked that up from him. My youngest 
nephew started helping out in the kitchen when he was 5 or 6 and has
turned 
into a pretty good cook too, I would be more than happy to let my brother 
and/or nephew do it all for the holiday and just act like the guest that
I'm 
supposed to be. But I think it only fair if I contribute as well, there's
a 
tremendous amount of work for the 2 seders as well as the 4 other meals
and 
enough cooking and prep work for us all (and by all I'm including an 
ex-sister-in-law who, together with her fiancé, will be joining us for the

meals...I think I'm going to need to be medicated to get through this).
