Yes, I saw it. There were a lot of complaints when it opened in the
US (prior to its UK opening) about the "shaky-cam" effects causing
people to throw up in the cinema, so there were big warnings outside
the cinema and at the ticket desk - but I can't say it was any worse
than watching a BBC news re****t from a war zone - the kind where the
re****ter and journalist follow the troops around in the heart of the
action. It was a very interesting treatment - Godzilla crossed with
Aliens as seen from the PoV of characters who would be the "collateral
damage" in a normal movie.
Did you catch the very last flashback scene?
