Leather shoes?

Try stuffing your shrunken shoes with wet newspaper.  Dampen the shoes 
again, stuff scrunched up wet newspaper (actual newspaper is best), 
stuffing as much paper in as you can, forcing the shoes into a proper 
shape, then let them dry again.  Slowly - don't put them in a dryer or 
in front of a heater.

Or soak the shoes so they stretch and wear them till they dry. 
They'll fit your feet perfectly after that!
