Right on Sam, fight the good fight. Generallee ignorant people will
remain that way. I bought that box set you spoke of for my Husband who
complained of the same thing. He took it back, and after a little
arguing with the guy at Media Play, they exchanged it for a different
title. Most stores lie and say it's "Against the law" to accept DVDs or
CDs that have been opened, let alone giving you a different title. The
inferior DVD/CD is then left in our lap to deal with. Companies don't
own up, store clerks lie, where do we draw the line? This is another
"fraud" you can watch out for. How can anyone know if a DVD is
defective if you don't open it. We are taken for fools a lot of the
time. You have to hold your ground and not take silly excuses by a
bored clerk or manager seriously. I wish you luck in getting any
company to admit to, let alone change a mistake/defect/or fraud in your
pruduct, Sam, especially considering the general apathy that prevails
in this Country. Sorry about the pun General Lee, I just couldn't
resist.
