It's not a matter of apathy.  It's a matter of picking your battles.
You (collectively) are not going to win this battle by "fighting the
good fight".  You'll only win it by affecting their bottom line.  I
think you realize that, it's just anger over the difference between
one's expectations of the DVD set and it's actual contents sometimes
blinds people to the most effective path of recourse.
