Actually, it sems quite clear that Sam is not out of line to expect
something marked as "complete" to be complete. One affects the bottom
line by posting on these type of sites and cutting into the bottom line
of the sales of the product. too many people here seem to be happy to
be ripped-off. They even argue for the right to be ripped-off. His
