Sad but true. That said, I have to admit I found the revamped Season 3
to be far less interesting than seasons 1 & 2. The way Rob Thomas
wrapped the season 2 bus crash mystery up by connecting it with one of
the Season 1 mysteries - amazingly complex and unexpected (which is
probably why the network wanted him to have simpler mysteries and more
standalone episodes in Season 3 - *big yawn*). That rooftop scene
between Veronica and Cassidy, with the plane flying overhead -
probably the best scene of the show's entire run. Gut wrenching on so
many levels.
Also, I read in Variety that Jason Dohring has already signed for a
role on CBS's new drama, Moonlight. And Veronica without Logan? Not
worth watching without their verbal sparring.
