felt compelled by mysterious forces to say:
>Okay, I just know that Omar is not long for this world and that makes
>me sad. He and Bunk are the two who seem to stick to their moral
>codes (as skewed as they may be), and the look on his face when he
>found out about Butchie's murder was heartbreaking.
Butchie's death was hard to watch. i hope Omar takes out Chris,
Snoop, and Marlo, but i doubt it :(
>Also heartbreaking: Michael, Dukie, and Bug at the amusement park just
>acting like kids and knowing they have to go back to the life. Truly
>depressing. Though Michael has killed, one still gets the sense that
>he hasn't lost his soul completely.
sometimes i wish he could take the money he has already and just move
himself, Bug & Dukie out of Baltimore. even if he could, though, he'd
probably never think it would be possible.
>And how about that look on Bunk's face when Freamon goes along with
>McNulty? I didn't see that coming. He didn't even hesitate.
Lestor is drinking Jimmy's Kool-Aid, yeah buddy!
>I'm liking Clark Johnson as Gus, but the whole newspaper thing isn't
>nearly as compelling as the education focus from last season.
it might well be soon. the shortened season is giving us less time to
cotton to these folk, but i'm sure it will happen. except for Scott.
i *hate* that little bastard :-D
>"Marlo does not get to win! WE get to win!" --McNulty
i hope Omar gets to win, at least.
--dez (cuz that would mean good-bye, Marlo!)
....a pistol-hot cup of Dez...
"Chef of chicanery, your buns are mine!"
