I just answered my own question.  It was A. Cameron Grant.

I have never heard of him.  I see he has played in a number of movies. 
His name is one unfamiliar to me.

Santa also played Tacy's father in The Long, Long Trailer.

Does anyone have any further comments on this gentleman?
