In the vitameatavegamin episode Lucy does a "Call for Philip Morris,"
dressed as a bellhop (when she's inside the TV set. They were the
show's sponsors for years, but now I don't think that brand of
cigarette even exists anymore. Surely, anyone under the age of fifty
won't recall the reference to the bellhop.
